Cancellations - and conditions:

The right of cancellation according to § 18 Abs. 1Z. 10 FAGG does not apply, instead the general terms and conditions for the hotel industry apply: AGBH 2006:

Up to 3 months before arrival you can cancel free of charge.
3 months to 1 month before arrival we charge 40%.
1 month to 1 week before arrival 90%.

In case of cancellation within the last week before arrival and in case of early departure 100% of the travel price.

Means of payment: we ask for cash payment and do not accept credit and debit cards.

Arrival and departure:
Check-in from 15.00 p.m., apartments from 16.00 p.m.
Check-out until 10.00 a.m.

Pets:
Without exception with prior booking, otherwise a contribution to expenses of an additional flat rate of 70.00 euros will be charged, if your booked room happens to be an anti-allergy room (no pets, no down...), accommodation will be refused.

Intolerances & Allergies:
We are happy to accommodate gluten and lactose intolerances, but ask that you let us know at least 3 days prior to arrival. Otherwise we can not guarantee the catering.
